A. If you forgot your username and/or password, you can access your application by providing additional verification data. Visit MyStaffmark.com to access the online application. If you have other questions, contact our Support Line at 855.801.8451. Leave a message that includes the time you called, your full name, and the telephone number where you can be reached. It is our goal to return calls within four hours.

Q: What if I don't want to provide my social security number as part of the online application process?

A. Staffmark understands your concerns and we have created a secure online environment. Your information will not be shared and your data is protected. However, if you do not wish to provide your social security number during the online application process, you contact your local Staffmark office and schedule an appointment to complete a paper application. Please note that a social security number is required at time of hire for tax purposes.

If you have already submitted an application with Staffmark, a notification of your interest will be sent to the location that posted the position. If you have not already submitted an application, you will be taken through the online application process and once completed, a notification of your interest will be sent to the location that posted the position.

A. You will be paid weekly for hours worked the previous week. The standard pay day at Staffmark is Friday; however, your payday can vary by assignment. Contact your local Staffmark location for details on your payday.

A. Your online wage statements can be accessed by logging into MyStaffmark and choosing the Online Wage Statement option.

Q: What are Staffmark's preferred methods of payment?

A. To ensure our employees receive their pay in as safe and quick a manner as possible, Staffmark encourages you to sign up for direct deposit or electronic paycard. If you decline direct deposit or electronic paycard, your payroll check will be mailed to the address of record provided on your application for employment; however, once your check is in the hands of the postal system, it is out of our control. Weather or other situations beyond our control can result in a delayed check.
