Staffmark Group Earns 2024 Military Friendly® Designations

CINCINNATI, OH — Staffmark Group announced today that they have earned the 2024 Military Friendly® Employer and Military Friendly® Spouse Employer designations.

Military Friendly® is a standard that measures an organization’s commitment, effort, and success in creating sustainable and meaningful opportunities for the military community. The annual survey takes a detailed look at the lifecycle of military employees and what employers do to attract, hire, and develop them.

Over twelve hundred companies participated in this year’s survey, and institutions earning these designations were evaluated using public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for Recruitment, New Hire Retention, Employee Turnover, and Promotion & Advancement of veterans and military employees.
