SIA Recognizes Staffmark Group's Kristin Doty in Staffing's 40 Under 40

CINCINNATI, OH – Staffmark Group is pleased to announce that Kristin Doty, senior director of implementation, has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2023 40 Under 40 list.

The list, now in its seventh year, recognizes influential leaders in the industry, and it celebrates professionals making major contributions to the world of work early in their careers.

This recognition is not a ranking but a shoutout to industry professionals who are contributing to progress and ushering in the future. The final selection is based on the influence and achievements of those nominated.

As senior director of implementation, Kristin supports six of Staffmark Group's largest regions and leads digital transformation efforts across the entire organization. She plays an integral role in helping the organization's on-site accounts achieve success through strategic programs. In her role as a champion for digital transformation, Kristin has helped the organization's local branches implement new technology and platforms, successfully increasing talent tech adoption by 70%.

Kristin is also the founder of Staffmark Group's Black Alliance, a Business Resource Group (BRG) created in 2022 to provide a sense of belonging and support for the organization's Black and African American employees, as well as foster allyship within the company and community.
