Accident Reporting Guidelines

Staffmark has established injury reporting guidelines to ensure all employees receive the best treatment and care possible.

  • In the event of an injury, you must report the incident to your Staffmark representative immediately. This contact should be made prior to receiving any medical attention unless the injury requires emergency medical treatment.

  • Upon notification, your Staffmark representative will schedule a medical appointment if medical attention is necessary.
